To have a reliant, stable and financially strong supplier is of outmost importance to us. With our partnership with Lofoten Viking we have exactly such a partner.

Lofoten Viking own factories for production of both pelagic fish and white fish. They produce round frozen products and a variety of fillets are produced from pelagic fish such as herring, capelin and mackerel. Their new and advanced roe facility also produce high quality herring roe and capelin roe that is packed in 20 kg vacum bags to ensure to keep the best quality.

Lofoten Viking is also the largest producer of stockfish (naturally dried cod) in the world with exports to the Italian and Nigerian market.
